Standard agents are highly consistent for the patterns they are designed to match. Premium agents are context-aware and catch more, but like any LLM-based system they can make mistakes. That is why every suggestion is presented for your review before anything is redacted. You accept, dismiss, or add your own redactions on top. Nothing is removed without your confirmation.

Yes. You can run a single agent per document or layer them across separate requests. A common pattern is running a standard agent first for speed, then passing the document to a premium agent for a deeper read on anything the first pass missed.

For standard agents, your document is processed in memory using pattern matching — no external services are involved. For premium agents, document content is sent to AWS Bedrock (hosted within the European Economic Area) for LLM analysis. AWS Bedrock does not store or log prompts, does not retain data after processing, and does not use your data to train models. In both cases, Redactr does not store your document.
